So glad we found Gavin, what a great guy. Great little office above a coffee shop which he treated us to a coffee and Lunch. I have 11 properties which was managed by another agent and since moving to Gavin life is so much easier. With living overseas its never easy and no matter the time difference is Gavin is there as he understand.

Virtue properties Liverpool sold our home for us and the management of the sale was absolutely amazing. We were selling and buying at the same time which we have never done before. Gavin took calls day and night from me and I’m pretty sure that some of the things he supported me on, were not his job! The situation of selling and buying at the same time was very difficult, but Gavin managed timings, information and has the best customer service I have seen. Came to virtue mortgages after being turned away from my own bank. Initially I was sceptical if I could ever get a mortgage but the guys guided me through the process and made me realise that although my bank wasn’t an option, there were plenty of other lenders that would look at my circumstances and approve me. The process was smooth and the team were always on hand to reassure me and my many questions. After 5 weeks I received a mortgage offer and get my keys next week. I had doubts after rejection but these guys were professional and thorough and made my dreams finally come true. They are now dealing with my brother and partners mortgage as well. Highly recommended
