Hi Anett, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. As we discussed on the phone and via email, estate agents have a legal obligation to present all offers to the vendors until the exchange of contracts. We understand your frustration regarding the vendor accepting another offer after confirming acceptance of yours. Unfortunately, we are bound by this process and regret that it resulted in a negative experience for you. We sincerely wish you the best in your continued property search.

Thank you so much, Kelly & Tom, for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear you had such a positive experience and that our communication and support made things easier for you. Your kind words mean a lot, especially to Rose & Katie. Wishing you all the best in your new home, and thank you for recommending us! The Kuavo Team
