GoogleWe have been using Luke Harris to rent out our house in Seaford for over a year. We live in France and thanks to Luke and his team, our house is not on our list if worries! Luke responds promptly to issues raised by our tenants, solving simple problems in the spot and involving us when necessary. We are extremely happy and would recommend Luke Harris unreservedly.

Luke, Helen and Harry are affable and professional and always quick to respond and resolve any issues. I have found them to be consistently reliable, trustworthy and fair and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

FacebookLuke and Helen provided an amazing service in selling our house in the middle of the pandemic. Everything you read on reviews is correct. No over inflated price, honest opinion on how to maximise the look of your property before selling it. Always recheable. Extremely supportive in negotiating with buyers on your behalf. And even ready to offer advice in buying another property. We had used 2 other agencies before and they provided nowhere near the same quality and professional service we received from Luke Harris Residential. They are simply amazing!
