I was recently a first time buyer of a property being sold through Walshes, and I cannot fault the efforts made by the team. I was kept in regular contact and given updates quickly (from the brilliant and helpful Mollie) in what was otherwise a long drawn out transaction. If it wasn’t for the efforts made by Mollie, I’d have felt left in the dark for most of the process. Any questions or worries I had were always answered or replied with quick and clear responses. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable asking a question - no matter how basic it may have been. When I met the team to pick up the keys, they were all very friendly, and was I pleasantly surprised by the “New Home” box they had prepared for me. I wish the team all the best for the future (again, especially Mollie!) Thank you all for not making my first experience concerning and for being so informative!

All the way through the process they were professional, competent, thorough and nothing was ever too much trouble including always being available to speak to. In this day and age most companies don't give you that local company feel you used to get. This company is the exception to that rule. I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Finally pulled my property off the market. Terrible experience with Walshes and would not recommend. Let me start by saying, if you're buying a property with them, like the new houses in Ealand they will be perfect. 2 people I know, including my next door neighbour have purchased houses on the new estate marketed by Walshes. My next door neighbour has sold her house successfully after 40 days, and she happens to have put a reservation in on a new build house on the new estate. The viewings we got were on the back of the viewings my neighbour had got. They obviously pushed them our way after we had complained about lack of interest/viewings. A few other discrepancies to list; 1. They got the Floor plan incorrect on the first upload. I manually did the changes on my ipad. They then uploaded, and again incorrect. We called them again to point this out and they rectified whilst on the call. 2. We never received stats monthly as they promised. We chased them after month 2 and they said they had it written but hadn't pressed send. 3. We complained about lack of viewers/zero interest, and they advised we should have followed their guide. A guide we followed and was within the price they originally stated. All in all, a dreadful experience and would not use again to sell a property. I can only hope they are better to deal with when buying. Queue the response....this didn't happen blah blah blah I will happily upload copies of paperwork documenting what they say they were going to do and copies of emails they sent on the back of my queries. Fact of the matter is, they didn't provide the service they said they was going to do, and this is a genuine honest review.

Josh has helped me numerous times over the years with any queries I have and also selling my first house. Both Josh and his team were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Most people know how stressful buying/selling a house is but everyone at Walshes Property did an amazing job of ensuring I was kept up to date throughout the sale and the team made the process as easy as possible. Amazing service throughout - I will most definitely be using them in future and I would recommend to anybody! I can honestly say I wouldn’t use anyone else!
