I chose Louise Oliver to sell my house becasue they are a small, family run business who provided individual attention to and interest in my situation. They listened and acted accordingly working tirelessly to chase viewings / offers /issues etc, always keeping me informed and providing good advice. I valued always being able to speak to Jemma who knew exactly what was going on, was always good humoured and positive. What a good team Jemma and Graham are, I have no hesitation in recommending them as excellent estate agents who strive to please:-)

From the first moment I met Gillian I knew that Louise Oliver was the right estate agent to sell our late fathers property. It had been our family home since 1975. She picked up on all the features that made it the lovely house it was. Fast forward and we dealt with lovely Elly. She has been there every step of the way and gone over and beyond on so many occasions making the process as stress free as she possibly could. Would highly recommend Louise Oliver Properties if you are thinking of selling your property. We recently sold two properties through Louise Oliver and they provided an excellent service from start to finish on both occasions. The team are very friendly and approachable and always happy to help with any queries or questions we had.
