Wanted to talk to someone in the marketing suite today @ Brampton Park. Went there 3 times during their opening hours and no one was there.Annoying. Won’t be going back.

Terrible customer service. Very little response, empty promises, unfriendly. Think twice before buying a house from them. They appear to ignore you in the hope you complete snagging repairs yourself.

Customer service don't even answer the phone. Reported issues get ignored. Many residents on the development are angry and unhappy.
