FacebookClaire was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond what any estate agent we have used in the past She helped us with a few issues we had with the solicitor and made sure hurdles were overcome very quickly Would definitely recommend and use again should we wish to sell or purchase again in the future Thanks for everything Claire 😊

FacebookWhat a great team, kept us up to date throughout purchasing our first home together. Very professional and approachable. Marie is a credit to the business! Always there for reassurance and provided with a lovely bottle of bubbly to complete the move. 100% recommend using Claire Bilton.

FacebookI would highly recommend using Bilton. I was with another agent and my house has been on the market 4 months and during that time I heard nothing. My house was empty and Bilton’s offered the virtual staging which was amazing. My house sold in 3 days. They are so helpful and always at the end of the phone to help. Would recommend to everyone

FacebookClaire sold our property not long after we had put the house up for sale with her, it had previously been with another agent for some time. She did a fantastic job and took amazing photos. She was available at any time for us, she is dynamic and has a great zest for her business which has grown in the time we have known her. I totally recommend her to anyone for selling or buying property in our area.

FacebookClaire puts everything into helping you sell your home. This reflects in the photos, viewings and sales. We happily left the keys to our home in her capable hands whilst we left the country for a couple of days, and was sold by the time we got back. Can’t ask for more than that !

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
