We opted for Allen & Harris to deal with the sale of my flat as I had chosen them for a previous very successful house sale. As last time, Emma was very professional, pleasant and always at the end of the phone giving valuable advice to achieve the best possible outcome from our sale. She arranged everything at very short notice and the flat was marketed and sold within 2 weeks! Thank you Emma for your support and guidance, truly fabulous service from Allen & Harris Estate Agents all round and I would not hesitate to recommend to others!

Couldn’t reccomend Allen and Harris enough! Great personal service, very attentive and always kept me in the loop. Big shoutout to Emma and Laura, it was a very difficult sale and they made the process as stress free as it could have been. Got me a price that exceeded my expectations, overall was a brilliant experience with the team at Allen and Harris.

I would strongly recommend Allan & Harris to anyone in the Clarkston area selling a house. A very professional team from the outset. Prices were clearly defined and the level of service was tremendous. It made a very stressful job significantly easier for me. I can’t thank Emma and her team enough for the help and guidance they provided.

Recently worked with Allen and Harris to sell my home, which was sold quickly and smoothly thanks to the team. Additionally, I worked with Mortgage Advisor, Craig, who went above and beyond to secure the best mortgage for us and also worked with other Estate Agents to ensure our offer was accepted. He was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend as I don't think we would of managed the move without him!

Special mention to Shannon and Emma who couldn’t be more helpful with the entire process. They both made the made the move effortless and we’re always keeping me updated with each stage as it progressed.

We recently used Allen and Harris, Clarkston for selling our home and Marie, Pamela and the team were all amazing. From the initial meeting in our home, to arranging viewings and then dealing with offers, everyone was so friendly and professional.  We were always kept well informed and they responded quickly to our emails and queries. We had a few unforeseen bumps along the way, which was very stressful and Marie was so supportive and reassuring and doing everything she could do to help. Many thanks.

Working with Craig Izatt from Allen and Harris Clarkston about our mortgage for moving house. Craig is so professional and supportive and helped to develop a very clear strategy at the very beginning. We received lots of practical suggestions from him which has worked well to smoothen our house moving process. Thank you, Craig.

The 'Ladies' in the Clarkston Branch made buying my new apartment and selling my house so easy for me. From the start of the process to finalisation they kept me in the loop and had contact both in person and by phone on each step. The service I received was professionally delivered and I cant thank them enough. Christine Craig

I am the Area Manager forAllen and Harris and am very proud to say that our Clarkston Branch has a zero complaint record and the best work ethic likely to be found in the high street. Marie Baines is a property expert and leads the team to 100% customer satisfaction. I would recommend this team to anyone buying or selling in the area.

We bought our house via Allen & Harris in Clarkston and the service they provided was fantastic. When the transaction nearly fell through (due to a breakdown in communication between the lawyers), Pamela and her colleagues personally stepped in to reassure the seller and get things back on track. Without their intervention we would not have been able to conclude and would have lost out on what is now our home - they went above and beyond and couldn't do enough to help. Thanks again!

Marie, Pamela and the rest of the team at Allen & Harris were expectional from the moment Marie visited our home for a valuation. Honest, open and willing to do what they could to make our sale and then our purchase go as smooth as possible. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. A delight from start to finish. Our propery sold within two days of being on the market and we had over 50 enquiries which Allen & Harris managed for us, excellent images and marketing copy helped with the quick sale. They answered all of our questions quickly and always helped us with anything we needed. A really professional and fantastic team. You won't go wrong if you get them to sell your house! Thank you!

Delighted with the service we received as buyers, after numerous unsuccessful viewings the team contacted us about a property coming to market that they felt would be suitable for our needs and helped us secure it. We were kept updated at regular intervals throughout the process which really helped take the stress out of moving home. We are over the moon with our new home and cannot thank you enough for your help.

This staff told me my property will be sold ASAP the market is very busy. Load of rubbish not good staff at all or not even professional. Not doing a good job at all. Waste of time.
