It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

GoogleRecently sold our house with Hunters. Found the staff to be very efficient, helpful and courteous at all times. The whole service provided by them was professional. Kept us well informed via telephone and e-mail regarding viewings/offers. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Hunters for selling a property. Will certainly recommend to our friends and will use them again in the future.

GoogleI am so glad I chose Hunters when selling my property. Having had bad experiences with other estate agents they were a breath of fresh air. The team were very supportive throughout the whole process, always keeping me up-to-date on viewings and the progress of the sale. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always happy to help. They were very proactive in the selling process, great job guys!

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

Rude manager (Sarah) - in fact she was slightly violent and very difficult to deal with. No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Avoid using them to sell

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.
