My experience with GLS has been very disappointing due to consistently poor communication. Emails and messages were frequently ignored or left unanswered, even after multiple follow-ups. Even visits to the office were unproductive, as it is rarely open. GLS state a 10 working day response policy; however, even this extreme timeframe was not adhered to, which made progress extremely difficult. Overall, the lack of communication and the inaccuracy of documents provided made the process frustrating and inefficient. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before engaging with this company for any of their services.

I have rented my home for over 5 years and I can truly say I have received nothing but excellent service from GLS properties. They are immediate with any issues and repairs. They have helped me through a bereavement and sorting out a professional tenancy agreement to suit my needs in order to help a lodger. Thankyou GLS you've been great and I hope you can continue to help me in the future..

Again I find myself having to write a negative review of this company this time because they don't maintain any standards of health & safety as well as hygiene in the block management of the block that my mums flat is unfortunately in.We are trying to sell it but due to the poor standards of the block upkeep & shocking standards of tidyness as per my images we have little chance of selling & it is the number one complaint on feedback given from previous viewers.The previous owners & others who decided to change the previous management company are no longer there & left owners like my mum who is 95 suffering from advanced dementia & is now in a care home have to deal with this mess.GLS can't even follow there own complaints procedure. I have attached images that has been sent to GLS that as usual have been completely ignored.

Simply, the best.

I have dealt with GLs properties as a landlord for over 3 years now. I have always found the service to be excellent. I can be sure that once I have instructed GLS to do anything for me, it will be done. My calls are always returned in a timely manner and Gavin, the manager, will always "go the extra mile". Prices are very reasonable, too. In short, I would recommend GLS to any landlord as it has proved cost effective and, perhaps more importantly, relieved much of the stress I would otherwise suffer without their excellent services.

Stay away Rude and not bothered. Yes we have had dealings since you placed me with the landlord as you put it. My issue with the landlord has nothing to do with my 1 star rating I gave you! You are rude and have , I don’t care attitude as you can see in other reviews not only me who thinks so.

I'm not sure we have had any dealings with you since we placed you with your landlord following the tenant finding only service we offered them. If you are not happy with your landlord I'm not sure how leaving us a review helps resolve any issues.
