We moved into Montbray Roundswell in March 2018. The service from the sales staff was amazing and helped us throught what had been a difficult time. Once we had moved in the help we received from the site guys was more than we could have asked for. We are so pleased with our house and love the area. Best move ever and would recommend Linden to anyone.

Never buy from lindens, biggest mistake we made! Pipes bursting in walls and under sink, door handles falling off, glass on balcony loose, decking on balcony broken, bolts under balcony loose, forgot to put cladding on balcony, holes in roof, road not wide enough to get car off driveway when a car is parked opposite, poor customer service, rude site manager, unfinished landscape, the list goes on.

Poor quality building. Paper silling when you walking in your flat everythings shake with your evety steps. if neighber up stairs turn on their washing mashing is like your in middle of a war awful noises all the flat shaking, every second you r waiting all their kitchen falling down in yours. So you don't feel safe in your own property that you paid too much for it.😕😔

0 stars for this s*** of the earth. Still waiting for customer services to get back with several issues after months of negligence. They are a real waste of money and resources. Their contractors are all dodgy like them doing half con jobs. Simple advise. Don't buy from them unless you want to waste your money and lose your mind chasing them up.

Worst decision we have ever made to buy a linden home. Recently wanting to do the garden had a few people round for quotes. Been told not to even start it because the air bricks are level to the ground not raised which is illegal as can cause damp issues. We have spoken to linden homes and they are now refusing to do anything about it.

Arranged for a viewing at Linden Homes Site at Retford for 12noon Sunday 5th February 2023.We arrived at 1130am and waited for a representative to arrive. No one turned up. We left at 1245pm. How unprofessional of this Company. 60 mile round trip for nothing.

If you have had a leak in your roof and you have NHBC cover for your Linden Home, contact the NHBC. A roof is structural. They will require copies of all your correspondence with Linden Homes with regards to the leak, and you chasing them. Tell them you would like someone else to fix it. Good luck.

We have purchased a home in Chudleigh with lots of help from Hayley and Beth. The whole process was very smooth and we were kept informed at event stage. Every email was answered within an hour , all snagging was completed with a couple of days and the house is lovely. Absolutely superb all round

Very disappointed by Linden. Our development has been left in a dire situation. No communication, no responsibility taken by them. It has become a danger for our children to be walking around because of the poor state it has been left in. How they get away with it is beyond me?! Seriously think about buying a property from these developers.

After contacting them on many occasions to arrange a viewing I received a call end of August to advise they will call me in 2/3 weeks to arrange a viewing once the site is safe etc never heard a thing so I chased it and still have heard nothing back now the home we wanted have now all gone.

STAY WELL CLEAR. So many problems and issues unresolved. Lack of communication and really poor service. Would not recommend people buying these houses.Cheap materials used, short cuts taken and end up costing a lot more to rectify.

We bought a property off Linden homes in Horndean 6 years a go,we have had water coming in through the roof despite hundreds of hours and emails over six years asking Linden to fix the problem we are no nearer to getting it fixed than we were 6 years a go.Avoid this company like the plague.

We were under offer and looking for a brand new house. Joseph the area sales manager was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I love the fact that if you need to move quickly you can buy a smaller property and use their exchange program when a larger house becomes available .

Literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Every single person I’ve had dialogue with has been behond useless. Honestly avoid, I mean that as I’m currently living with the ongoing hell which is Linden Homes.Just want to add, 1 star on trust pilot thats disgusting. Linden should be ashamed of there so called business. I’m gutted I didn’t see this feedback before purchasing.

We’ve owned our house on heathlands for 4years. The communal areas are a mess. Unfinished street lighting, a garden with walls collapsing and crumbling estate entrance pillars. Not a safe environment for children to play and certainly not what Linden Homes promised when we bought the house. Linden Homes and First Port have proved very difficult to deal with.

Absolutely terrible company. The work is average at best. The customer services are awful. We have had approximately 35 days of work completed on our house with snags, all of which are bodges and usually fail multiple times. Do not use this home builder.

Beyond Terrible. Worst buy . Bad workmanship no customers service . No ones interested in helping resolve problems. So Disappointed with our purchase. Kitchen dysfunctional . Carpets fitted badly. Poor finish in bathrooms. Purchased before completed big mistake garden not big enough to put a shed up . As for the House Rising damp ! We moved in May 2019

Awful customer care, terrible communication. Empty promises about after care. We have been handed from one person to the next and have had to chase every linden representative available in order to sort our "2 week" snag list. We still have outstanding jobs such as lights not working, mould on ceiling and a shower door not closing. Our experience has been upsettingly stressful.

Bought a house in Malton through Linden Homes and the service was first class, site manager was on hand almost immediately to deal with our snags and one or two small issues, currently in the process of selling to upgrade through Linden Homes again at Cayton Reach due to work relocation, extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

If I could give a minus I would! I’m a resident of Methuen Drive we’ve had nothing trouble with Linden and Quinn developments and yesterday to put the icing on the cake a neighbour was punched to the ground in an unprovoked attack by two builders for unloading his shopping outside his home

Be warned, STAY WELL AWAY. The worst New Home I have every purchased. Shocking build quality with endless snagging list and with Linden Homes in no particular hurry to rectify. Do yourself a favour and leave well alone. Bunch of Cowboys.
