Viewings were conducted by the team with feedback given without us having to request it. Once a buyer had been agreed we received regular updates as to how the sale was progressing via email, as well as phone calls from a professional and polite team. We initially bought our previous house through Kennedy and after having a good experience with them, when it came to selling our house we decided to use them. We mainly dealt with Carolyn and Matt, who were fabulous throughout, an absolute pleasure to speak to. We had a few hiccups along the way (not a fault of their own) however they always guided us through the process no problem at all. Considering we had just come out of the first lockdown our house was sold relatively quickly. Whenever we had a query they were easy to get hold of and had the answers. Would 100% recommend them, their customer service is fantastic!

My boyfriend and I bought our first house recently and Kennedy & Co were the estates agents promoting the property. When we went to view the house, we instantly fell in love and put in an offer a few days later. My boyfriend and I had never bought a house or gone through the process before and all the staff at Kennedy & Co were so helpful and patient with us. They provided us with clear information, took the time to explain things and understood when our solicitor was taking some time to respond. We asked for a second viewing over a weekend as we both work fulltime and they were more than happy to accommodate us.
