YellGreat Rental Agents - Getting the balance right between tenants and property owners
We rented a property in Potton, Bedfordshire last year and had the great good fortune to have Inskip & Davie as agents for the owners. Above all, the service we received at all times was highly professional as well as friendly and helpful. During our tenure we had to contact them on a few times to help us sort out problems (I set off the alarm shortly after moving in etc :) and they always responded in a quick and efficient way. Over the period of our rental we built up a great relationship with them and came to regard them as friends. Not only would I recomend them to anyone looking to rent but should I need an agent to work on my behalf, I would feel my property and investment were being cared for at the highest level. I have just sold my mother’s bungalow through Inskip & Davie and highly recommend them. Daniel and Ryan know the local area well and are helpful, personable and very professional. I feel this review is unfair as I replied to you instantly over the entire course of your attempted purchase. Each response was in direct line with my clients’ instructions. Your agreed purchase price was below my clients asking price and therefore was agreed with the caveat of ‘No further negotiations’. As the transaction moved forward you requested a reduction, my clients lost faith in you as a buyer and decided to withdraw from the transaction. Their decision was naturally something we as their agent have no say or control over. Like most agents we act as ‘No Sale, No Fee’ basis, as your purchase dissolved due to your own actions, we received no commission from marketing and chasing your sale on this property. You then leaving such an unjust review has left the entire team amazed. Please don't shoot the messenger!

Best estate agents in the area. Had chosen to put my property up for sale with another agents in town, and was underwhelmed by their service. After being told they have lots of people waiting for a house just like mine, I was expecting lots of viewings and it to be snapped up - but very few took place, and poor feedback for any viewings that apparently 'took place'...... Switched to Inskip and Davie and they were miles better from the start. Excellent service & friendly, bubbly staff who are always helpful & always update me about my house. The lovely gentleman who valued my house gave me a realistic price and best service iv had through selling, which makes it clear why other agents prices valued my house for a miles higher price (if you know what i mean.........) WIsh i had more houses to sell through them! And have heard good words of mouth about their lettings as well compared to anywhere else in Sandy
