GoogleTook me a while (a long time since I bought my house through them in June 2015) to realise that I never had a chance to complete the review. Only got prompted today as I'm selling my house and their logo popped up when searching for agents. At the time they were not responsive, slow in emails, did not return calls on time. 3 times I had to threaten them that I'd walk out from the purchase to see things moving. Never ever will I use them again and would never recommend them to anyone. On the day of completion I drove to I&D in sandy with the moving company parked in front of the new house. Because of their incompetence, the sale did not complete on the day as they hadn't received the instructions from the seller to release the keys. I was thousands of pounds out of pocket for the 2 days off work I had to take and 2 days of removal chaps. No apology, no acknowledgement that they had failed me. Update: We have never had any contact/reply from this obvious fictitious review. Hi Pavster1980, we take comments like yours very seriously. Unfortunately, we have no record of any June 2015 completion as described in the review. We are also unable to verify your identity from the names of that month’s purchasers in our records. If you were indeed a purchaser, we would like to investigate this issue further. Please contact Daniel Davie immediately at daniel@inskipanddavie.co.uk so that we can resolve this immediately. We have never delayed a completion as we act swiftly to release keys on completion day but only once instructed to by the solicitor acting for the seller once informed monies have been received. We have no control regarding funds moving up a chain on that day, we simply hold keys. On necessary occasions we have stayed open after hours to accommodate late completions/key collections. We try wherever possible to return any emails no matter how late received on the same day. Naturally, we pride ourselves on the level of attention and service we provide. Please contact us

GoogleI wanted to sell quickly to deposit on a new build. I phoned on the Tuesday and Daniel came to survey the next day and got the house listed by the Friday. He arranged 7 viewings for that Saturday and achieved the sale we wanted on the following Monday. In the process up to exchange, the team kept me informed and gave plenty of handy advice (and a good tips sheet), and having not moved for 20 years, having the feeling someone is supporting you along each step of the way is important. They have great local knowledge, presence in Sandy high street and I cant fault the service provided. GoogleWe have just sold our house with Daniel Davie of Inskip and Davie. WOW is all I can say, what a great team. Daniel keep in touch from day one, never letting the process drag on or excuses made by other parties. But to cap it all, he recommended a much higher sales price than the previous agents we had round to value. Not only that but we managed, with his help, to sell at near the top of the asking price. What more could we ask for. Worth every penny of the commission and then some. Would highly recommend without a second thought

GoogleI recently engaged Inskip & Davie to let a property for me and can highly recommend them. They were professional throughout, quick to respond to any queries and are very honest and transparent. Being based abroad, I have had to rely on them for everything from picking up the keys on completion to fixing some minor things in the apartment and finding tenants.
