Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend As a landlord I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. They take days to respond to messages, and ignore phone calls completely, especially when there are important issues to resolve. Linens I supplied for the property went missing and were stolen. They’re now lying, claiming they were never provided, which is simply untrue. The money I received for the rental was minimal, and the entire process was extremely difficult and frustrating. This company does not seem trustworthy, and from what I’ve heard, they’ve let other people down as well. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with them.

Hey, A nasty but spiteful review as we no longer manage your property. Your attitude towards us whilst we did manage your property was abysmal. You had given the pin to lockbox to various people and other agents/tenants in your building causing the keys to go many times, lost bookings and affecting reviews. After telling you this your response was just “install a new lockbox” not actually fix the problem of sharing the lockbox pin with other people which resulted in cancelled bookings and guests not being able to enter. We don’t use your linen and never have, we use a linen company and our own supply which you’re aware of and we can prove this. Unless you can provide CCTV that we actually “stole” your linen which is a ridiculous claim to make as we have no interest in your linen I will happily retract. Our cleaners have never touched your linen and don’t even know anything about that sorry, we’ve already sent you a text but you’ve obviously ignored as usual. All the best with your property!

Stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Lovely interior, clean and tidy inside. Perfect for a couple looking to spend some time in the city and perfect now covid regulations are lifting. Digbeth is down the road and filled with bars to enjoy; great food and drinks at a reasonable price. Birmingham city centre is a 10 minute walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants. Amazing service throughout. Had complications booking however there was a direct chat which was quick and easy to use with fast replies! Amazing communication throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the essential items. I felt very comfortable for my weekend stay. Such amazing value for money! Would deffo recommend to others and will be staying here again in the future. Answered all my questions and emailed me on the first day of my stay asking if I required anything else. Honestly amazing! Thank you once again.

Great experience during tough times. Needed a long term place during COVID-19 as a key worker. Great fast booking. Professional and excellent service. Flexible with on going situation and delivered everything that was necessary. Apartment fully furnished to high standards. Definitely would use again. The 'Director' doesn't get involved with customer service as it's handled by a separate team/employee's so that's very incorrect in your reviews. I can say this is the number 1 company for booking short term lets. The apartments are in spectacular condition and if anything is missing its resolved quickly.
