GoogleGreat experience from start to finish. Amir, the director, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process and made everything smooth and stress free. He was always available, knowledgeable, and supportive at every step. Even after completion, the service has continued and Amir is now letting the property out for me, which has also been handled brilliantly. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional and reliable agent.

GoogleI've been using Jacobs Real Estate as a management company for over a year now. I can't thank Rizwan and his team more than enough. They've literally made my life so easy. Rent is always transferred on time to me and if any issues arise they get them resolved quickly. If you are looking for a management agent these are the guys to go to.

GoogleI had a poor experience from the start with the Jacobs team On the first phone call the professionalism lacked immediately. Our first viewing booked as cancelled twenty minutes prior to the agreed time over text with no explanation. The property was over an hour away from the Jacobs base so I know the agent had not even left. Answered the phone in the office which confirmed this. No effort to re-arrange was told if a day came up they might call me. Was constantly told I would be called back and never heard anything until I made the phone call. Really disappointing and frustrating as a buyer, house has now moved to another agents as seller felt Jacobs had been very slow with the whole thing. I think my experience with them confirmed this. Would not recommend.
