GoogleReally can’t fault the service from concept homes. Phil was prompt in returning calls/texts and getting viewings booked in for a house I wanted to purchase. He was really accommodating and has been extremely helpful.

GoogleThis is a very dodgy agency. I've been calling them about an apartment for a week since they posted it on Zoopla. I've called 4 times, and every time they say "we don't have the keys yet, we haven't started viewings, we'll call you when we can schedule viewings" I've left them my contact details but also kept following up on them. In the last call they said the apartment has been already let!! It seems they are selective, unprofessional and completely unorganised. I'd avoid them, as they seemed very untrustworthy.

GoogleIf you rent a property from here do not expect Phil or his colleagues to do anything about a problem you have with the property. The problem will take months to get sorted, you will have to keep phoning up to get them on it, that won't work, so you'll have to go into the office to speak with them directly and repeatedly. Good luck if you are already renting with them and avoid if you are thinking about it

GoogleI have used concept letting for seven years. I had tried other agents and was let down constantly. Indeed I was at a point of wanting to sell all my properties. Then I met Phil from concert lettings and he persuaded me to keep the properties and let him manage them. Since then I’ve not had one problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anybody who has properties that need managing.

GooglePlease please please avoid this place at all costs!!! The worst experience I have EVER had when trying to rent a property. The house was falling apart, we were promised for 13 weeks works will be done, never happened. A day before signing the agreement, they add £125 to the rent! When they eventually called, the member of staff was rude and responded with a terrible attitude, particularly when I asked the reason for the delay.
