GoogleI worked with Rachel for the sale of our house and she was amazing, from start to finish. Not only did she keep me informed with everything, she also provided advice and reassurance (and our sale wasn’t an easy one). The sale was also quite emotional for me and she showed sensitivity too. I honestly felt safe knowing that the sale was being looked after by Rachel and I actually don’t know what I would have done without her!

GoogleExcellent. Rachel Dean of Fine and Country gave us first class service above and beyond what one would normally expect. She was helpful and informative but not pushy and nothing was too much trouble for her. She did everything to ensure that our rather troublesome chain fell into line to enable us to complete our purchase on time. A delight to do business with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Moreover, she was proactive and creative in attracting attention for my property without relying on people walking through the door. She managed the whole stressful process and kept me 100% informed andf reassured. I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING HER TO ANYONE CONSIDERING SELLING IN THE AREA.

He was consistently polite and friendly, and importantly, he fulfilled his commitments promptly and efficiently. His understanding of customer service was evident; he took the time to get to know us, listened to our needs, and appreciated our situation. Moreover, he was proactive in finding the right buyer for our property. Should I ever decide to buy or sell a property on the south coast again, I would definitely choose to work with him.
