We couldn't fault anything in the process of selling our house through Paul Meakin. Fantastic personalised service and couldn't have helped us more. We were not local and Emma Meakin provided us with solutions and support that went beyond our expectations and saved us a lot of time (e.g. meeting charity and house clearance people at the house for us so that we didn't have to travel to be there).Great prompt communication.Strongly recommend.

GoogleAwful experience trying to purchase a house through Paul Meakin. Poor communication and customer service. The pinnacle being when one of their staff shouted at my partner down the phone after not agreeing with our lenders valuation of the property. We constantly had to chase them and they rarely answered their phone, even when our house purchase was falling through. I wouldn’t advise them to anyone.

We are sorry that the outcome of your purchase has led to our clients instructing us to remarket the property. We do wish you all the best with your property search.
