FacebookAs a buyer of one of Red Dots properties we have been appalled by the service received. The one person who knows what going on is Fiona who seems to do everything. The staff in the shop can't give any update which is ridiculous considering estate agents have systems to update progress on sales. After the vendor taking her house off the market and letting me know herself it look Fiona 3 working days to get back to me which if the vendor hadn't of informed me herself would have left my grandparents still believing the sale was going ahead.
The vendor contacted me herself today to ask me if I knew why the house was still on the market, this is a week after she asked for it to be taken off.
Bad service for both buyers and sellers.
