GoogleCheshire Property and in particular Alex were amazing Estate Agents. 🤩 Right from the start Alex explained everything to me as I had not moved house for 40 years! My house had 6 offers in 6 days which was unbelievable. As I was out of area later, Alex went round to the property and supervised anything that needed doing. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend this company for any house moving needs. Thanks so much Alex

GooglePicked Cheshire Property as I met Alex on a house viewing and knew she was the one to sell our house! It sold within a week! The whole team was so helpful and supportive from start to finish (first time selling and buying). I mainly dealt with Alex, who was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was friendly, professional, and always kept me in the loop. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Recommended to all friends and family! :)

GoogleAlex D couldn't be more kind and attentive and made the process of buying my new home much less stressful! From the very first viewing I knew I was in safe hands and Alex was always efficient and friendly, helping smooth out any little question or hiccup along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cheshire Property to either buyers or vendors, they are a real gem for customer service amongst the bigger less personal local chains.

GoogleWe have just bought our first home in Sandbach through Cheshire Property. They have made the whole experience so much easier for us and been with us through the entire process. Being our first home, they were always quick to respond and super helpful with any "silly" questions we had. What we appreciate the most is the honesty we have always gotten from the agency throughout. Shout out to Alex who went above and beyond to make this process easier for us from day 1. We are so happy in our new home. Couldn't recommend Cheshire Propety enough! Thank you Alex!!

GoogleAlex D was incredibly lovely and so helpful right from the start. She had our photos done within the week and my house was listed on a Friday and sold by the Monday! GoogleThey are incredibly difficult to get hold of. They don’t call you back when they say they will, their communication is very poor. Me and my family have tried to contact them 6 times within the past month and have had one very short and half-hearted email from them saying they would get back to me. If you want to be kept in the loop, I wouldn’t recommend this company in my honest opinion.
