GooglePut an offer in on a property weeks ago , no one had decency to report back if accepted or not / negotiate, or even follow up after viewings. If you’re thinking of selling I’d go elsewhere!!!

GoogleInglebys have extremely poor communication skills I phoned and emailed on numerous occasions but they never returned my calls. When I said I’m taking my business elsewhere they said they had put measures in place to prevent this? I wonder what exactly? I spoke to someone In the selling team and she never passed messages on and Martin deserves a medal for Mr sarcastic of the year! He was rude on several occasions and was obviously employed due to being so busy but what actually happened was no jobs were completed as there was NO communication! If you want your house to sit forever with no views let it with Inglebys it’ll gather lots of dust in the window! The place needs a rocket! How it’s not gone out of business is beyond me.

GoogleThrough the process of buying my first house i went through Inglebys and use the mortgage adviser through Ingelbys also. I was always update on new information, given a number to contact as and when I needed, felt so much support. I was 22 years old and had no idea what I was doing. However, the staff at ingelbys were always helpful, explained where I was in terms of steps of buying my house. Really thankful of the experience I had as it could have been so stressful.

GoogleNot best experience ever. House not sold theu would not reedit listing although requested by me and they would not arrange viewings when I would like to buy another properties . Dispointed ...well I spend my money elsewhere..

GoogleViewed a house which has been available to let for months. When I asked for a second viewing once I knew I was relocating to the area, I was told they don’t do this, so I have gone elsewhere. If I were trying to get my house let, I would want the agent to be more keen.

GoogleYou should have the courtesy of following up viewings to let people know if they've been unsuccessful for an application. It's just lazy and rude quite frankly. Terrible experience dealing with this estate agent.

GoogleBrilliant. The customer service here is fab. Connor showed me around a couple of places. I put a holding deposit down and in the end I didn't take the place but it was sent straight back to me no fuss. He was always on time for viewings and really responsive. A number of other people recommended them to me too. They have good rep!

GoogleAwful customer service experience.Rude and unhelpful.The last estate agents left on the planet and still wouldnt use them. They dont even have a complaints procedure

All our staff are fully acquainted with our complaints procedure, and as per your call to our office where we advised that in the first instance we would require you to let us know the nature of your complaint in as much detail as possible in writing, and we would then respond accordingly enclosing a copy of our complaints procedure which forms part of our membership to the relevant industry bodies. To date we have not received anything to which we can respond.
