GoogleWe went through referencing for a flat with Wainwright Estate Agents. The whole process was smooth, with contact being perfect- very efficient (and which is difficult to find nowadays!). The lady (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who showed me around the property was delightful, could answer all my questions and squeezed me in. Once we had been accepted for referencing my partner and I were passed to Paul, who kept in contact with us, was happy to answer any questions and lead us through the process perfectly. When it came to signing the tenancy agreement, Paul came in on his day off so that my partner and I didn’t have to miss work, he spoke through all the documents with us and gave us plenty of time to read through the agreement (I have felt rushed before). Overall, these are the best agents I have dealt with, and would highly recommend them.

The purchase of our dream home where my family and I, including my mum, can live together in the country went through with ease.
