Sarah Cull’s decades of experience provided us with fantastic advice and a clear strategy to sell our house so we could purchase our dream house. Sarah handled our copious amounts of questions with grace and professionalism throughout. The Strutt & Parker team got our house on the market quickly and professionally which instantly made us feel like we had the best team batting for us. Without doubt, it was solely due to Sarah‘s well established network of contacts and buying agents that meant our house was only on the market for one day before receiving an offer at Guide price. Something we could have only dreamt of! We never appreciated the true importance of putting your house on the market at the correct guide price. This skill is something Sarah has perfected and we feel significantly contributed to the exceptionally fast start to the sale process. From accepting our offer to exchanging contracts it took us eight weeks and I know it would’ve taken longer with infinite more levels of stress without Sarah’s input - we are forever grateful and can truly say we own our dream house with great thanks to Sarah and the Strutt & Parker Salisbury team!

We don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, my wife and I were so impressed and happy with the service provided by Strutt and Parker, and in particular by Aaron Turner, that I felt I should, in the true spirit of reviews, to offer help to those who are seeking insight into Strutt and Parker! We selected Strutt and Parker because we liked the clear market insights and the realistic approach to marketing our house, offered by Aaron Turner at our initial meeting. Once selected Aaron Turner was directly responsible for acting on our sale, but he did so much more, working to coordinate agents and solicitors above and below us in the chain, as well as keeping communications open and frequent with our buyers even when things went temporarily wrong in the chain. Friendly, calm, sensible, frequent and reliable communication from Aaron, what more could be desired?

Best estate agent we have dealt with

We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with. Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, and a great communicator. When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was constructive and realistic about the steps needed to get things moving again quickly. Today we exchanged not only on our purchase, but also on the sales of both our properties, and Aaron has kept up momentum behind the scenes by proactively contacting all parties involved. Having experienced good, mediocre and poor estate agents in the past, Aaron, and by extension Strutt & Parker, stands out as the best we have dealt with.

I recently bought a property through Aaron and can't recommend him highly enough. This wasn't a simple transaction, and there were a few points where it could easily have stalled. Aaron stayed calm and professional throughout, kept everyone moving, and worked hard to find solutions which suited both sides. His communication was outstanding. We've finally completed today on the sale of our house & I thought we should acknowledge how good Strutt & Parker have been, from beginning to end of a very long process! We had a brief bad experience with another agent & were feeling a bit disillusioned however Strutt & Parker have been lovely to deal with, from start to finish.  From day one Sarah & Harry were friendly, open, efficient, always accessible & despite it being the worst year to sell a house for quite some time, they persevered & were unfailingly positive, hard-working, calming & communicative.  As always with house buying & selling there were some stressful times but both Sarah & Harry held our hands throughout & once we'd accepted an offer Harry was absolutely brilliant at plugging away persistently but charmingly, despite hurdles & useless solicitors!  I honestly wonder whether we would have made it to exchange & completion without her tireless efforts. Having just paid their very well-deserved fees today, I can honestly say we don't begrudge a penny:  they're the best agents we've ever dealt with & we've bought & sold several properties.  We'd happily use them again & would thoroughly recommend Strutt & Parker & Sarah & Harry in particular.

Truly terrible estate agents.

Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.
