I agreed to rent an apartment, paid deposit and supplied references. had already booked moving company - everything took a long time and already had a sense they were trying to let the same apartment to someone else (probably willing to pay a bit more) - they did not have the decency to give me a call but instead send an email saying the apartment had been rented to someone else. Thanks Savills for wasting my time

Unfortunately. The phrase most often used by the "negotiator" who was nothing like a negotiator. Every email began with the word and every phone conversation ended with it. So unfortunately for Savills we decided on another property. A fitting end to a dismal relationship.

Disappointing after 3 years. Very little comms, unfounded claims(proven by disputes agency) and the exit was incredibly unprofessional. One or two pleasant responders but will never use again.

GoogleDebbie Anne Taylor of the Salisbury office was absolutely lovely and extremely efficient and "on the ball" when it came to us buying our house in Wiltshire. She was always happy to help, whether it was recommending lawyers or arranging rather too many viewings for various family members. We were under considerable time pressure to move in for Christmas and we managed it thanks to her and the team.

Tenant’s requests are ignored, repairs are not easily made, only high rent costs are paid and the level of professional cleaning they used is also very poor. Anyway, a huge disappointment and terrible !!
