GoogleWe are delighted with how quickly and efficiently that David and the team at Milfords sold our house this summer. This is the third house that David has sold for us successfully and we wouldn’t use any other agent for future transactions. Previously he has sold houses for my daughter and a close friend on our recommendation and they were equally pleased.
David always gives good, honest advice to get the best price. He takes time and care with accurate marketing and makes sure that the people viewing the property are genuine buyers with available funds. Consequently we had one day of viewings and an offer over the asking price which we agreed to all on the same day. After that, the staff at Milfords kept on top of everything, liaised with the buyers and solicitors and kept us informed throughout so the whole process went very smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend Milfords for honesty, excellent advice and exceptional customer service.

So to date , David has sold three properties for me over the last few years.
One a completed refurbishment , the next in need of a refurb, and the last a probate sale. All were marketed in a different way , and all achieved outstanding sales prices at the time.
The main reason I continued to use David was that he is not your run of the mill high street Estate Agent. He goes above and beyond, using different approaches for each individual sale. Something I haven't seen with other Estate Agencies where you usually are just a number or a commission fee.
David's considerable expertise in the property market sets him above others in a similar role , his wealth of experience and knowledge shows in the way he conducts himself in liaising with
professionals in that field (Solicitors , Mortgage brokers , Architects , Builders ) . Ensuring that your house is marketed in the most effective way , to achieve maximum return from a smooth trouble free sale .

GoogleDavid Thompson from Milfords was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.
In what was a very acrimonious situation, he not only displayed amazing neutrality, but actively improved the situation with his professionalism.
Whilst the valuations for the house were extremely varied he cut straight through the noise, giving me an expected sale price based on the current situation, the exact actions to take to get a better amount, and the timescales for everything I should expect.
I'm happy to say, I followed those actions, and despite the background difficulties posed by the broader situation, David Stayed positive and encouraging throughout the entire process.
Once my home went on the market we were flooded with viewings and within 2 days of those viewings had several offers.
If you're thinking of selling don't wait, contact David, I would recommend him even more if you are in anyway in a difficult situation that requires tact and neutrality!

GoogleI purchased a darling house through Milfords. I saw it on line, rang and asked for a viewing, on the same day! This was organised most efficiently, I entered the house, fell for it and made an offer. This was the right house for me and the agent was excellent at matching me to the house! The sale went through most efficiently.
Certainly should I ever wish to sell (which I doubt I will!) then I would ask Milfords to come and talk to me about selling it.
