As an update: I had to reduce the number of stars as I felt that the service was inconsistent. Residents who moved in earlier received move-in gifts such as tote bag and a bottle. Upon asking the team, they mentioned that they ran out and had to re-order. However, I did not ever hear back from them. If they were genuinely interested in improving their services, they would have action on things and follow up. Just like the response to the initial review, whenever an issue came up, they want to sweep under the rug and cover it up rather than making a genuine effort to improve things. The specs of the apartment is quite good though. My experience is mixed. On one hand, management team is slow fix simple issues or respond to emails, while on the other hand, reception team is friendly and helpful. Professionalism of management team could improve, there was an issue with how the rent balance is appearing on the portal specific to my situation and I have raised it multiple times, but no response and the team merely told me to ignore it. That is not solving the concern at all. There were also instances where issues were not fixed prior to move-in. While they try to take the effort to get to know the residents, some of the questions asked can appear judgemental and made me uncomfortable.

I lived at Eda for 12 months, and overall, I didn’t find the experience worth the price of the rent. The spec of the flats is fairly standard, good quality but nothing special. The living space felt smaller than other apartments at a similar price point, and the kitchen design isn’t very practical, with limited plug sockets that make using basic appliances like a microwave difficult. Management were generally unfriendly, and I never got much of a community feel from them. When we were in the process of buying a house, we asked to leave our tenancy two months early to avoid losing the sale, but Eda wouldn’t allow it unless we found someone to take out a full 12-month lease. Unfortunately, that meant we lost the house purchase. While I understand policies are policies, the lack of flexibility felt disappointing and unhelpful. During my time there, resident events seemed mostly geared toward families and children. It looked like they were beginning to change that before I left, but I can’t comment on how they are now. I also think it’s poor that Eda charge residents to use the coffee machine and printers, in other developments I’ve lived in, these were complimentary. Overall, it’s an okay place to live, very clean, good amenities, and convenient for the tram, but for the price, there are better value options nearby.

Eda is beautiful and well-maintained with stunning views over Salford Quays and the city. The apartments and amenities are nice spaces to enjoy and finished to a high standard. The staff are lovely and very acomodating, especially Ade who is really friendly, welcoming and goes above and beyond to help... his name spelled backwards is Eda, so what more is there to say!!

I have been interested in Eda for some time now but I’ve never had the chance to have a look around due to being busy and not having time, well on Tuesday afternoon and I popped my head in just to have a look, I was greeted by the most kind, caring man on reception I think his name was Martin, he was understanding what I was talking about and was able to talk through and explain everything for me what a lovely man, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!!!

Stayed here for 1.5 years and really enjoyed the first year because of the location (literally right opposite the tram station), but it all went downhill after that as most of the OG team left and more and more people moved in. The gym started getting way too busy and was always being used by the resident gym trainer - it felt like it was *his* gym after a while as he always had group classes and one-on-one clients and it became more like a commercial gym rather than a resident gym. I literally saw him in the gym alllll the time and it got annoying because he would use up several equipment at once and take over the space. Also had a neighbour whose dog couldn't stop barking whenever he left home, and most people here don't train their dogs at all or clean up after them. Some people have HUGE dogs who get very antsy and anxious around people, which poses a safety risk for other tenants and their dogs. Personally I don't think very large-sized dogs should be allowed in apartment buildings and that all pets should be trained & cleaned up after. The Co-op downstairs was convenient when it first opened but it became so bad - payment issues, bad produce, expired products - but this has nothing to do with Eda of course. Except the fact that schoolkids and homeless people are constantly loitering around that area and sometimes bothering people around, so the surrounding area just started feeling more dodgy/unsafe in general. The staff used to be so friendly and warm but not anymore

I had an incredibly positive experience with Eda and its management team. Due to an unexpected job loss right before my move-in date, I found myself in a very difficult position. Although they were under no obligation to do so, they chose to refund both my deposit and rent in full, and I can’t thank them enough! Their kindness, understanding, and professionalism during a stressful time was just incredible, and speaks volumes about how they treat people, not just tenants. I’m genuinely grateful for the way they handled the situation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a place with a management team that treats you like a human being!

Eda has to be one of the coolest buildings on the market right now. The apartments are really stylish and well designed, same goes for the amenity spaces which include a really cosy cinema room and fully equipped gym. The staff on site is super friendly, Josh showed me around and was so welcoming., they really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to move in and enjoy the waterfront walks along the canals to Media City.

Had a viewing for a two bedroom apartment at Eda from the lettings manager Josh, who was really helpful in showcasing what the apartments had to offer.
