Trading Places was an absolute stepping stone for me, Julie Mottram literally did everything within her power to help me get the place I wanted, in Sale Manchester. Her team was extremely helpful with the whole process. I only have good things to say about this agency and the landlords working with Trading Places. Sometimes a safe haven is a cozy little flat, that helps you get your act together for a couple years, while you work and save. I'm really grateful to this company for helping me move forward with life.

Not for a moment, did i think i would have a reason to smile, I certainly didn't believe my life could changed in such a manner. I literally don't know how i could express my tribute to Mrs "Dria Hither Kealdinh" and her "Company Brokers" for trading for me, that i got such a remarkable earning, Am extremely amused with her skilfulness, i've no idea on how she did it that I earned such a tremendous profit in 7 days. All i did was to invest $700 and in a "week" she made $8'400 profit. I have traded on lots of "Platforms" and also lost huge cash, Just trying to get to the top, meet alot of junk Experts who claims to know much about Binary/Forex Investment, but turns out that they were all scumbags and financial sucking demons, who where trying to devour me financially Well, i give "God" my deepest appreciation, for making me glance through ma'am "Dria Hither's" Page, Page Looked legit/accustomed, although wasn't really sure if it was going to work out, But Mrs Hither's world's always caught my instinct, So i gave up my negative thoughts and give in a shot. Hi. I dont even know where to start, how about these guys, this team are absolutely AMAZING. I was going to go with another company when i saw a house i wanted to buy, Trading places were selling the house so instead i went with them, they said they would make every effort to do the buy and sell and because i was buying with them it would make it easier. IT DID. I can honestly say that at every turn, every hurdle, everything and anything i didn't understand, if i needed information this team were with me 100%. They bent over backwards to help, to chase things, solicitors, vendors information everything. They honestly could not do enough. They never gave up, nothing was too much of a problem for them, they work really hard and do it just for YOU, so that YOU have what you want and need. Fiona, Bev, Maria, everyone is fabulous, polite, professional, honest and reliable. If like me you though to go someone else to save a few pounds, DON'T! These guys do it all, they go above and beyond in every conceivable way, i had piece of mind knowing this wonderful team were going to get me where i wanted. Believe when i say, i am so very glad and thankful that i listened. I put my house on the market on Wednesday evening, within an hour i had a phone call to say there were people that wanted to view. Basically agreed to sell and buy in 4 days!! Obviously everything with the solicitors takes longer but it was quick, professional and Trading Places get back to you, if they say they are going to do something, they do, they do not let you down, you will be pleased if you choose them, highly, very highly recommended. Thank you to you all, i could not have done this without your help and guidance each and every step along the way

AVOID. Appauling service throughout our entire experience of attempting to rent through the agency. It's difficult to even describe the level of incompetence and lack of empathy shown throughout. We were initially booked us in for a weekend viewing for the property were interested in. The letting agent didn't show up, with the tenant having no awareness of a booking even being scheduled. We weren't able to contact the office as their lines aren't open and had to leave a voicemail which was never followed up on. A further 2 viewings booked by my partner were then cancelled 15 minutes before they were scheduled to take place as we were on the way to the property, with a variety of excuses given. No opportunity was offered for these to be rebooked, empathy displayed or apology offered for the inconvenience. After finally viewing the property and making an application to rent, we then had to consistently chase the agent for any update whilst they remained evasive and unapologetic for another week and a half. We were then told only after that the landlord had rented the property to a family member! At no point throughout the entire process were we proactively contacted, receive an apology or have Trading Places take any accountability for their poor service. Callbacks that were promised never materialised. I even had to email the Lettings Director to find out what was going on after noticing the property had been changed to "Let Agreed" on Right Move after my partner was told the Lettings manager "had no idea" what was happening. We were led completely down the garden path and had our time repeatedly wasted. if you're looking to rent a property in Manchester I'd recommend, in the strongest possible terms, you look with another agent that doesn't show as much contempt for prospective tenants as this one.
