GoogleSubmitted on behalf of Mark, Fiona and Paul. Our house sale could not have run smoother with their promise of taking away as much stress as possible completely adhered to. Compared to other estate agents in the area, I would not hesitate in recommending putting your trust in their very friendly, approachable and efficient team, especially with Fiona living in the Sale area with her local knowledge being a great benefit when helping prospective buyers consider the area!

GoogleHaving been invited to leave a review by t places here goes I was given a postcode only no name, number etc and had to search up and down northenden road. Next day the admin astnt was excellent and booked a viewing the following day. Very pleased and offered on the property but queried several things as i have a property portfolio for over 18 years managed by t places stretford. This was questioned by fiona! Turns out property was let on a 12 month rental 2 weeks before so wasnt for sale at all. My solicitor spoke to the franchisee who promised that i would be informed of future sales that were genuinely for sale. Latterly i was informed t/places sale would never do business with me again Comments there wasnt any business it didnt exist. Disfunctional, unprofessional, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Appalling service. Care and caution needed. Maggie

GoogleRecently completed a house sale with Hibbert Homes Sale. Fiona handled the whole thing from beginning to end, she's was a pleasure to work with and always ensured I was up to date with everything. Despite the initial offer falling through a new buyer was found nice and promptly. Competitive rates as well. Would certainly recommend.

GoogleUnfortunately the sale of my property never went through, but this was due to external factors. Hibbert Homes were great throughout the entire process and Fiona whom I had most contact with was always very helpful and kept me updated at every step along the way. Would recommend!
