Marchand Petit Salcombe reviews

A long and tedious process in the purchasing of the property which was caused by unforeseen issues with the deed of variation, however thanks to the senior sales negotiator Chloe who was extremely supportive/knowledgeable/and helpful with pushing both sets of solicitors the purchase was finally completed. Thank you Chloe you are a great asset to Marchand Petit.

We recently sold our property with Marchand Petit and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in Salcombe. Charlie and Chloe were extremely professional in difficult circumstances during our sale and without doubt kept the deal going. They have an acute understanding of the current market and what is necessary to achieve a sale.

Lauren and her colleagues were helpful and patient to help us sell our house. Lauren was professional and pleasant every step of the way. We were given good advice and felt listened to. Follow up calls were timely and Lauren worked around my work schedule.

Marchand Petit were professional and caring from the beginning to the completion of our selling experience. Chloe was always helpful and encouraging, she definitely went out of her way to offer us round the clock support. A huge thank you to her and everyone in the Salcombe office.

We have purchased two properties through Charlie and his brilliant team now and as an experienced buyer and seller I can honestly say their level of service is absolutely first class, I had every confidence they would ensure the transaction went through as swiftly as possible and they did not let us down - every single member of the team knew exactly where things were, and communicated with us regularly without being intrusive. I am so grateful for them for finding us a wonderful home (again), and making sure it got over the line. I have no hesitation in recommending them. This is agency at its absolute best and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Helpful and friendly team providing a very professional service. We had a poor experience with another local agent but Charlie and Katie were diligent, supportive of our interests, encouraging and approachable. Thank you!

We had a great experience from buying a property through to selling it 10 years later. Salcombe has become part of our family life and I'm sure we will buy again. Harriet handled the original purchase and did a great job of selling us both the flat and Salcombe life. Following many happy years of ownership, we put our flat on the market. Amanda managed the sale and did a great job from beginning to end. A lot of interest was generated and Amanda confidently followed a process that led to a smooth sale and a happy new owner. The office of Marchand Petit is ideally placed in the heart of Salcombe. Amanda and the team were always happy for us to drop in for a chat to see how the sale was progressing. Amanda's efforts didn't end when the sale was agreed. She continued updating us right through completion. Amanda's work and professionalism has ensured that our fondness for Salcombe is as strong as ever and that we will be back buying again. The whole team in the office work really well together so I recommend Marchand Petit without hesitation.

We had a brilliant, professional, friendly and knowledgeable team. They made sure they knew the property well before viewings and were always positive and helpful throughout the selling experience. They valued at the right price and we had trust in our team from start to finish. Thank you so much and we highly recommend you to other customers.

Super happy with Chloe Inch. She was extremely professional and helpful throughout. She helped negotiate some tricky buyers, and a few hiccups with the house we were buying and kept everything on track with our sale. I can highly recommend Chloe.

The team at Marchand Petit were brilliant during both the sale and purchase of our property. They went above and beyond to help our move along and worked through any hiccups throughout the process. Harriet, Charlie and the team were professional, always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Marchand Petit who recently sold the house we bought through them 10 years ago. The sale was not straightforward, with many twists and turns involving the Land Registry, probate and lots of documents. Chloe did an amazing job acting as the 'glue' to keep everyone focused on the end game with regular check-ins to make sure both sides were up to date and understood what was happening. She also kept our spirits up when things weren't go well, which we really needed at times! Great job!

I recently purchased a property in Salcombe with the help of Marchand Petit. While the process of finding and securing the best property was quick, seamless and stress free, it was the personal interest shown by the entire team (beyond the sale) that really impressed me. If you are looking for a local property partner in Salcombe then there really is no better.
