GoogleRang at 10:15 am to enquire about a potential property- name taken by a friendly, knowledgeable and well informed receptionist. She promised a call back from the property handler within an hour. 11:05 am received a call from Bill Mckelvey who promptly arranged a viewing of the property @ 13:15.
Viewing was professional , friendly and informative. Property was as described on the website.

GooglePaid £40 application fee, and was told the apartment was mine upon getting my guarantor to sign the lease in the presence of a solicitor. The date for this was picked, roughly 200 was paid to the solicitor which was confirmed to be happening the day before, and upon presentation of this signature which was done the next day, I was told they are no longer letting the apartment. Had the worst experience from start to finish with the application process and made this known early to which Bill encouraged me to get the solicitor and sign. No offer of reimbursement. Not happy. I feel I was played.

He told tenants of his that my parents (that live beside these tenants) are horrible, always complaining and take no notice of them. This is so unprofessional of an estate agent. Shame on you! For your information my parents are sick and you really don’t care how noisy a tenant you put in. Complete joke.

If you want a hassle free rental, to be treated like a human being, and to ever see your deposit again, AVOID. Socially distance yourself from their door.
