FacebookI'm not sure you're meant to like your estate agent, but everyone we dealt with at Bourne was absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Haley in the support team was exceptionally supportive and Andrew and Gemma managed to secure a quality buyer for us within a couple of months. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

FacebookI'd heard such great things about Bourne about the way they managed lettings so were keen to have our rental property managed by them. When we viewed the property we were assured the property was managed by Bourne. We also received written confirmation that they would be managing our property in our offer agreement. However, on the day we received our keys (over 3 hours later than we'd been promised) and discovered a number of faults in the property that needed addressing we were told Bourne weren't going to manage the property and to contact our landlord directly. Be ware people, not such a reputable company after all!

FacebookFrom personal experience by far the best estate agent on Alton high street and believe me we had dealings with them all. The care and attention to detail was excellent. The team treat you as people not just a number on their balance sheet and that really showed by the quality of viewer they put through our door. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy sell or rent. They are a great team who know how to sell houses.

FacebookNot the best service received, had a bad tenant in our property, I felt the inspection were not up to scratch yet Bourne defend they are, customer seems never to be wright on this matter!! even though it cost over £600 to put things straight!! the plus is they have found a new tenant I have met my self and I feel hopeful they will look after our home for us, last chance for Bourne.
