GoogleI’ve been with DH1 Lettings and Sales for over 7 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. They managed and looked after my house while it was rented out, and more recently they successfully (and very quickly!) sold it for me, all while I was living abroad in Dubai.
They’re a genuine family business who really care, not only about their landlords but also about the tenants. Communication has always been excellent, and I’ve always felt my property was in safe hands. I can’t recommend DH1 Lettings and Sales highly enough, professional, trustworthy, and truly personal service from start to finish.

GoogleI’ve been living in a property in Penshaw for the past three years and never had any issues with the company. Any times we’ve had issues (ie roofing, boiler issues) they’ve been straight on the phone and sent out the relevant people to help us. They’ve been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I can’t thank Matt enough for all of his help from start to finish.

FacebookDo not use this estate agent they’ve stolen £132 from my mother who works every hour under the sun just to get by was explained to my mam she would have to pay a holding fee while she was going through the credit check but after failing the check she was told she couldn’t have the money back. My mam explained that she told this so they said she signed a waver I’ll be at your shop to see this waver with my mams signature. As criminal pinching peoples money again do not use this service

GoogleThis google account is named after my old cat so not my name, however, everyone involved with this letting agents are lovely people and so helpful. So friendly and approachable and try and get things sorted as soon as possible even at their busiest. They always have someone there to help whether you ring or email and couldn’t be more kind when dealing with our tenancy and house visits. Amazing lovely people and their dog is out of this world 🖤🖤

GoogleThe team at DH1 Lettings are professional and very pleasant to work with.
They have been and continue to be supportive, very efficient, reliable throughout every stage of tenancy in my property even during difficult situations with tenants, repairs and maintenance etc.
They have treated and looked after my property like their very own.
I’m very grateful to work with them.

GoogleExcellent prompt service. From arranging valuation and having the photos / description completed to final sale a very smooth experience. We had 5 or 6 viewings the day after the advert was posted, and 4 offers of the asking price on the same day (highly sought after area). Excellent service from the estate agent.

FacebookFantastic service, had 4 offers of asking price the day after the advert was posted, including one cash buyer. Pitched the advert perfectly, at the correct asking price and the sale went through without issue. Can't recommend highly enough. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.

GoogleThey were okay as estate agents go, but lacked good time keeping for scheduled appointments and didn't have all the facts on the property they were letting.
