GoogleNothing short of EXCEPTIONAL service from Chris, Dawn and Simon. I’ve used HK on several occasions since 2005 so when I wanted to sell my property this time around there was no question who I would be instructing. It’s not just about marketing your property at the correct price initially, it’s about quality photography, managing expectations and checking the credibility and buying position of people wanting to view (rather than just numbers of viewers and the associated time wasted for all those involved which raises expectations often resulting in disappointment) but most importantly managing the sale from offer acceptance to completion. I have no doubt whatsoever that without the attention paid to keeping people (vendors, buyers & solicitors) updated and frequent chase up calls throughout the progression of the sale of my property I wouldn’t be sat here in my new property typing this review. Recommended without hesitation. Thank you wholeheartedly to you all.

GoogleIf you have a property to sell in Warrington, especially the West side of the town and you don’t have the time and inclination to be messed around by dreamers and time wasters, then you need to speak to Simon Kelly. He knows the market inside out and usually will have a suitable purchaser already on his books He will get you the best price for your property especially when it comes to having somewhere that’s let’s say, isn’t in pristine condition You don’t need to be there when the prospective buyer comes for a viewing, Simon Kelly will do it for you and actively sell your property I could have gone to an online sales website but all that would of happened is I’d have wasted my time and lost my fee, Simon Kelly does exactly what he says he’ll do, get you a buyer and put some dough in your pocket Highly recommendedPositiveProfessionalism
