GoogleWe sold our father's house through Gibson Honey. We had initially marketed with Gibson Honey when he moved to a care home and they had already delivered excellent customer service organising viewings and getting offers. Our dad passed away during the sale which greatly complicated the whole process but Gibson Honey supported us through the added complexity, preserved the buyers and chain all the way to completion. Every interaction was positive but special mention to Wendy for her relentless pursuit of solicitors and clear communication at every turn!

GoogleCan't recommend James Gibson highly enough! Couldn't have worked harder for us. He arranged in-person and TEAMS meetings at any time to suit us, answered our queries simply and helpfully, and was friendly and approachable always. Even once we had agreed a deal, he continued to research on our behalf to find us better details right up until our exchange of contracts. Made the process of getting life insurance as smooth as possible. We wouldn't be homeowners without him! Thank you James!

GoogleJames at Just Mortgages was recommended to us by Gibson Honey. He was great and helped us get our house. He made the process so smooth and was very responsive when we had questions. He communicates well and explains everything in detail, so we’re not left with any surprises. Would highly recommend him. Furthermore, staff at Gibson Honey were lovely and always so prompt in replying or answering phone calls. Their whole service is 10/10 and thanks to the team for making the whole buying the house so smooth from start to finish.

GoogleI would highly recommend using James at Just Mortgages’ advice services. He guided me through the process of buying my first home, explaining all the complicated details in easy to understand terms, and was always so quick to response to my emails and calls, answering any questions I had. He talked through all the options and made sure I got the best mortgage deal, always going above and beyond to help. I learnt so much and he made getting a mortgage a lot easier. James is such a pleasure to work with and I am genuinely looking forward to finding a new mortgage deal in a few years time with his support.
