GoogleI strongly recommend you go elsewhere and don’t deal with these estate agents. Unprofessional, unhelpful and are happy enough to take you deposit for a property that is no where near ready to rent out to tenants yet any issues after that you’re pretty much on your own. I was having to chase them for answers even though they knew they had new tenants that had raised issues straight away pretty much. I was told the manager would be in on Monday and asked “is he going to call me?” And the answer I got was “no, you call him”. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
