Henry is a very experienced property professional, who’s worked in and around Rugby, for over 20 years and you can tell. He’s an agent who will tell you like it is and won’t tell you, what you want you want to hear, by blowing smoke up your arse for an instruction, like some agents in Rugby. Great intermediary between buyer and seller. Gets back to you the same day and keeps you informed at every stage and does as required, when asked. Complimented by the professional and courteous Emma, who liases with the solicitors on your behalf. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleWe were first-time buyers and were really confused about everything. We were not ready to view the property till we had answers to all our questions and that delayed our decision to buy the house. When we saw the advert for this property by Rose & Sargent, we liked the property and called Henry at R&S. On the call itself he gave some advice and confidence to view the property. On the day of viewing, he answered all our questions very patiently like a friend and helped us decide. Though it was not his job, he helped us get the right answers from our solicitor and chased the buyer’s solicitor for an update. Even after moving into the house, he helped us get answers from the previous owner which made our life easy. Thanks, Henry and R&S team for helping us to become a homeowner.

FacebookI enquired about a property to let last week and was told that the tenant hadn’t confirmed when they could let people round. The lady took my number and said they would phone me back. I said I could do anytime or day in terms of viewings. I phoned up to today about the property and was told it was under application following a viewing at the weekend.
Very poor service and very frustrating. Would not recommend at all

In what can sometimes be a very stressful process nothing was ever too much trouble and when we requested extra visits to the property these were always arranged to suit our availability.
