Throughout this time, we have consistently found the team to be courteous, reliable, and extremely helpful, always offering support and assistance whenever needed. A lady called Caroline called me up and went through everything else that she thought would be suitable on their books too. She was so helpful and informative and really understood our property needs. The only estate agent who has ever contacted us this way! Great service and hope to purchase something through her soon. GoogleI was interested in a commercial property (41 Brunel) to purchase, they ignored my emails and messages, until I really pushed them, when they informed me the property would be final offer in three days time. leaving me no time to survey etc. In my opinion they had a favoured buyer, which goes against getting the best price for the seller.

GoogleVery disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this agency. They don’t reply to emails or return phone calls, and it feels like they just wasted our time. We were genuinely interested in renting a property, but no one ever got back to us. Eventually, we found a place directly through a landlord. At the viewing, the agent was late and seemed completely unprepared, knew very little about the property. I didn’t mind too much at the time, but looking back, it just added to the overall poor experience. We were later told we couldn’t rent the property due to my business, which involves batteries, something I was upfront about from the very start. It took them nearly two months to get back to us with that decision. When something else came up, I tried contacting them multiple times to express interest and ask for more information, but I was ignored. I followed up with calls and emails but never received a response. No one ever told me directly that nothing was available, I just had to assume that was the case based on the silence. Poor communication, disorganized, and overall not a professional experience.

GoogleThe rudest and most incompetent agents we’ve ever had the displeasure to have to deal with! If there was a zero stars option, they’d be getting it.. disorganised and unprofessional at best, with little or no interest in their clients. The stress they caused was immeasurable. It’s a wonder they are still in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleAlistair has helped me out with advice regarding commercial rental negotiation after surveying the building, as well as recommending and organising contractors to help put right shoddy work. Very much appreciated and recommended by another friend in my profession. Highly recommended and trustworthy.
