I had the pleasure of meeting with Al from EweMove on Tuesday the 18th of August 2026. Al knew in advance that we were not looking to sell out home at the moment, but we did want an idea of its value. Al said he was happy to do this. Al arrived on time and did not park directly outside of our home, so as not to give the neighbours the impression that we were putting our house on the market. I found Al to be polite, professional and knowledgeable about the housing market in the vicinity of our home. Even though we were not looking to sell our house at the moment, Al prepared a report for us to keep, and this report gave us details on 6 houses near to us, including when they went on sale, their selling price and how long they took to sell, as well as the house details, including photos and floor plans. Al was considerate when looking around our home and we asked what we could do to improve its selling price, and he was happy to provide ideas. Al offered to send us an update every 6 months regarding houses for sale in our area, and we took up this offer so as to keep in touch with the housing market. Even though we are not looking to sell our house at the moment, I have informed Al that I would happily instruct him and his company to sell our home It was a very positive and pleasant experience, and Al was more than happy to help and advise.

Al visited us recently to provide a valuation of our property. Despite knowing we were not considering selling for the foreseeable future we were really impressed with the amount of time and effort he'd put into the valuation e.g. background checks he'd carried out into the local area, looking at properties of a similar size etc. Al is a very likeable person and comes across as someone who acually cares about you and your property which is a lot different to previous experience we've had with estate agents. If we were considering moving in the near future then Al is certainly someone we would choose to sell our home.

I had contact recently with EweMove after I enquired on a property forsale. I was contacted promptly by Al and dealt with very professionally in order to arrange a viewing. When my Daughter and I arrived at the property Al was already on site, organised and ready to show us around. Al has good knowledge about the property, along with the location, and he was very careful to note any questions that he couldn't answer at the time in order to come back to us. eg. on street parking. We received a follow up email the very next day requesting our feed back on the viewing along with the answers to our questions. If you need an estate agent, the only one you should consider is Al Delgado at EweMove Rugby. Our property was on the market with another agent for 12 weeks and they had 2 viewings in that whole time. Al had our property for less than a month and had 17 viewings and numerous offers. His attention to detail is outstanding and his professionalism and advice throughout the process made, what is usually a very stressful time, seem like child’s play. From when we first engaged Al, right through to completion, nothing was ever too much trouble. My countless phone calls and messages with questions were always met with a cheery and speedy response. Al is honest and straight talking but listens to and understands his clients requirements. To add to all of that, he is also a really great chap! He is friendly and easy to chat to. I have to admit, we hadn't heard of EweMove before we attended a viewing for a property they were the assigned agent for, but have to say the experience from arranging, attending and follow-up after the viewing has been extremely positive. We have viewed numerous properties with multiple Estate Agents over the past month, but EweMove, and particularly Al Delgado, has been the best experience of these.
