Luke handled the sale of my property, and from the moment he arrived, he was polite, well informed about previous planning permission and very friendly. Throughout the process, Luke and the team helped me no end… holding my hand throughout the process…and even scanning and emailing information for me. I was listened to and made to feel like I was part of the team selling my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at Crowhurst Gale, they are outstanding at what they do, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Wanted to extend my thanks to the excellent team at Crowhurst Gale for handling the sale of my property, in particular Emma and John. They both did an amazing job handling the account while working to a tight deadline with a demanding buyer. Moving home is a hugely stressful process and they did a fantastic job to alleviate some of the headaches that come along with it. A highly recommended, consistently professional, proactive and super helpful team.Luke did the first visit with us to value our house and, despite me giving him a bit of a hard time about getting the photos just right, he was always professional, and genuinely listened to my requests. His photos were fantastic, and I've absolutely no doubt were the reason our house sold within 4 days of going on the market, on only the second viewing!Jacob looked after us from then on (although when he was out of office the rest of the team were always helpful and on hand). I'm pretty sure he still has nightmares about receiving calls and emails from me, I was an incredibly demanding customer in what was an arduously difficult chain (through no fault of Crowhurst).Jacob was always just a phone call away, always polite, always listened to my requests and worked well with our solicitor to be as efficient a team as we could be. He did a lot of chasing of the chain below us that he really didn't have to do too.And to top it off, the team got us a lovely card on completion day.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crowhurst to friends and family. Thank you all for your patience, support and efforts
