I had a great experience with Thomas James throughout the whole process. The team were professional, responsive, and very helpful from start to finish, which really helped reduce the stress of moving. A special thank you to Wendy for her patience and support throughout the process. She was always quick to respond to my questions, never minded the many queries I had, and helped communicate with the seller on my behalf, which made everything much smoother. Thanks again for all your help, I’m now happily settling into my new home. I would definitely recommend Thomas James to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

I’ve just completed the sales process with Thomas James, Ruddington team. They were actually competing with another estate agent to try and get my property sold. They won handsdown. Wasn’t even close. Thomas James were off the mark much quicker than the other estate agency. They had it marketed within days and I had viewings within about four days of them coming round. It’s sold incredibly quickly mainly because they had marketed it so well and got a good flow of viewings really quickly. Perhaps more importantly, Once the sale has been agreed, you need a good team to keep supporting your buyer and you as a seller. Wendy and the team did an amazing job, keeping me up-to-date and liaising with my buyer. I was nervous about the process as it’s been awhile since you’ve had to go through it . Often these things can be very problematic, but the team have been brilliant from start to finish. Would have no hesitation in recommending The ruddington team again. Amazing job. Very happy with the whole service.

We recently bought our house through Thomas and James Estate Agents, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Ryan was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Despite delays caused by our solicitor not responding at times, Ryan pushed through everything he possibly could on his side. He was proactive, persistent, and always willing to chase things up to keep the process moving, which we truly appreciated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he consistently kept us informed and reassured. Thomas James at ruddington estate agents are extremely helpful. Ryan managed to keep the sale process moving along smoothly despite the fact that the purchaser was a first time buyer and somewhat inexperienced. I cannot fault the service offered there in any way. Also, the team are extremely friendly and seem to work together extremely well. Although Ryan was the first port of call for me to discuss things, Denise and jenny were also extremely helpful.
