GoogleAfter a slow start with a buyer that wasn't WellingtonWise cracked on after a revision of instruction and got the house viewed and sold in excellent time. The usual solicitor-related enquiries slowed the process but the team at WellingtonWise were on the case and considerably helped along the sale through to a satisfactory conclusion and for a decent and well-warned commission rate. Efficient in action and deed I would use again if I needed to.

GoogleYou want a team knowing what they doing ? Well don't use their service. 2 weeks to get a deposit back when we, as tenants have to pay within seconds because "the property must go off market you know". You hear people often complaining about tenants, well now it's time to hear about incompetent estate agents. Have a good day.

Hello, I believe you have posted your review on the wrong page as WellingtonWise in Royston are property sales and not lettings. We have an associated business 'The Letting Agency'. However, we are not familiar with your name against one of our properties. If you are one of The Letting Agency's tenants or associated to that person, it is specified that a deposit can take up to 2 weeks to return, allowing time for all check our procedures to be complete. GoogleI cannot comment on the estate agency work the company provides, but I can say that they have been so thoughtful and a huge help for parents in the local community who do not have access to a printer at home. I sent an email requesting they print some resources my son needed for school, they replied promptly and informed me they would be happy to help, and I could collect as soon as u was able. This kind offer is helping lots of families to better assist their children with homeschooling during this difficult time! Cannot thank them enough!

GoogleI can't say enough good things about WellingtonWise, who both sold our old house and found our new one. They have a thorough understanding of the local market and take the time to listen to and understand their client's needs, meaning you won't waste time looking at properties that aren't right for you. A wonderful, professional, personal service that removes any unnecessary stress. I wouldn't use anyone else to sell our house (though they found us such a perfect house, that's not a service we'll be looking for any time soon!)

GoogleI can't comment with regard to house buying or selling, but the staff have been extremely thoughtful and helpful to the local community by offering a printing (and delivery!) service to help with homeschooling. This has been a lifesaver for those without current access to home printing facilities. A great initiative and very much appreciated by many Royston parents during this difficult time - thank you very much!
