I can't fault the service from QuickMove. Their valuation was in line with other valuations and with other sales - in fact, at the top end of our expectations. The property was a park home and they knew the rules and requirements about those - which some of the other estate agents did not.
Park homes are not regulated in the same way as traditional homes and QuickMove were able to do all of the work for which you would otherwise have to pay a solicitor - so saving money.
They also maintained a good relationship with the park owners (better than mine!) keeping them informed.
What impressed me most was the proactive way in which they kept me informed during the process.
(Sale was completed in July 2025.)

Part exchange move
We discussed our needs and what had been discussed with another company who offer the same service. Move plus carried out a desk top assessment of our house and prices. Surprise surprise they quoted us a lot LESS than the other company who had quoted us a loss of £70k.Yes Move Plus do buy houses on a Part Exchange basis working with a very well known park home company. We would not want to deal with this kind of company who clearly take advantage of your selling position. Would not use them.
