Would very much advise against using this unprofessional company, we are a company looking to lease a location, we found a place up for lease in an ideal location, after contacting burgess commercial and being greeted by a lady who knew nothing of the location we were passed to a gentleman named Neil to whom we arranged a visit at 1:30pm the next day, we arrived and Neil was not there so we rang the office to tell them we had arrived and to let Neil know, she replied oh ok I don’t have Neil’s number but he will be there soon (how can she not know his number) 20 minutes passed and Neil rang to say sorry he will have to cancel at late notice, cancelling 20 minutes after the schedule time is extremely unprofessional and utterly disgraceful, he seems total uninterested just saying he was doing something that took longer than it should, a courtesy call before our schedule time would be nice as we spent money and fuel and took time from Work to visit. I genuinely feel anyone leasing a property through these people should know how they treat prospective clients, 1 star rating is because it won’t allow less. We will look to the land registery to speak to the landlord directly and explain what the company he has hired is doing with his property.

I have dealt with Burgess Commercial recently & found them to be extremely professional & helpful. They went way beyond the level of service I have experienced with other Chartered Surveyors, even assisting me with other related matters that assisted me greatly in avoiding unnecessary valuable time. I would certainly recommend this company highly to anyone connected with commercial property. 10 Stars!!!

Having dealt with Burgess Commercial on a number of professional matters including Schedules of Dilapidations I would highly recommend their services to anyone. The team there are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I’ll definitely use their services again.

Burgess acted for me 5 years ago in the letting of my commercial property at Hellaby and have also recently assisted with the tenancy renewal. They are always extremely professional and knowledgeable. They advertised the property very successfully which enabled me to have a choice of tenant. They guided me in the final choice and I am extemely pleased with the outcome. They are also always on hand for advice. In addition, my business leases a property which Burgess are the agents for and we have also had a great experience as a customer. I would recommend as a great business to work with.
