CG Properties have been an absolute godsend to us throughout the course selling our property. Claire, Katy and Nichola have gone above and beyond to assist, advise and support us throughout our entire property selling journey. At times it was really frustrating, (due to our own poor choice of online conveyancers!) but the ladies were always there, at the end of the phone or happy to see us at the office to help us through the difficulties. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone and everyone. Thank you Claire, Katy and Nicola for everything that you did for us. Best regards, Steve & Gill

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “CG Properties: The Real Estate Heroes Who Saved the Day (Home Alone Style!)” If Kevin McCallister ever needed to rent a house in Wath-upon-Dearne, he’d definitely call CG Properties, and Nicola would be his real estate guardian angel! From the moment I booked my viewing, Nicola had everything running smoother than one of Kevin’s elaborate traps. Every detail was thought out, every question answered, I didn’t have to lift a paint can or swing from a zipline. The whole process, from viewing to signing, was so well organised that I half expected to see the Wet Bandits show up just to admire the efficiency! Nicola made what can usually be a stressful move feel like a festive adventure, minus the chaos and broken ornaments. If you want a rental experience that’s as heartwarming as the end of Home Alone, where everything comes together perfectly, CG Properties (and especially Nicola!) are the ones to call. They don’t just find you a house, they help you find your home. Keep the change, ya filthy animals, I’m giving this place 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very helpful in an awkward move from another local letting agent ! Certs not provided from other agents, missing information not filed correctly plus many other issues including expired epcs. Please choose a letting agent wisely cg are a good choice. Thanks Claire

After a quick sale, everything went well. We are now in the middle of renovating the property into a buy-to-let. They have been very helpful throughout the process, even when at times it was very daunting. They will be managing the property tenants after it's finished. I feel it will be in good hands. Katie has been very helpful.
