GoogleWe had there tennent move in near us a few years ago. Since then they have made our life hell to the point our dream home we saved hard to buy is now a nightmare. It took us 2 years to find out the council has sublet to action housing. If we complain we are expected to do all the work to provide evidence call the police and get incident numbers (which I was only told after the police came multiple times. It is supposed to be a single person living in the property but she has her aggressive boyfriend living there while commiting benifit fraud but videos of him leaving every morning and returning every evening isn't evidence enough. Since giving action housing evidence (confidentiality I was assured) we have had rumours of us spying and the abuse we recieve has ramped up.
PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO THIS CHARITY!!!! They ruin normal people's lives (after 15 years living in our prooerty)

GoogleAs a past service user I found that these who was working for action housing at the time such people as Steve Harris and Neil newett actually understand and do help there are many aspects in life that they helped me with since me leaving there service I have complete management over my mental health I have gained control of my xenophobia and other problems I have not been in any kind of trouble since 2006 after a bad experience I now 2 of my 4 children living full time with me at home my almost 5 year old son is in full time school and doing well my almost 2 year old daughter will b starting nursery next year in September but I would never have got as far as I have today if it wasn't for the help of action housing
