Gaynor worked hard to keep everything on track when there were delays further down the chain. Without her perseverance and support, I might well have given up. Now I am in my new home, I am so glad I chose Ayre Property Services. I doubt another agent would have gone to so much trouble on my behalf. I recommend Ayre Property Services.

GoogleWasn't open or honest from start, withheld significant information from client to obtain listing, failed to attend appointment arranged by them at their convenience, failed to pass on an acceptance of an offer promptly, poor communication & administration, didn't attend or accompany viewings, failed to remove 'Sold STC' notice from listing in shop for weeks after sale fell through, struggled to find prospective buyers where subsequent agents did not. Not recommended.
I would welcome an opportunity to discuss this with you as I do not agree with your comments, especially the withholding of information and lack of honesty. We had agreed that you would be conducting your own viewings. When we severed ties you did not highlight any issues at all. This was your email from March 'We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your efforts in finding a buyer over the past year but with circumstances now making time more of the essence we have opted for a different approach to secure a buyer able to proceed asap. I would therefore appreciate if you could remove the listing and inform the prospective buyer in **** that we are regrettably unable to wait indefinitely to progress their offer to completion' I was as frustrated as you were when your buyer withdrew but it was on the back of an adverse survey.

GoogleBeware!, your offer may not be passed onto the seller, I made an offer through Turvey Westgarth to be quickly told the seller was ‘minded’ to take an other offer, I increased my offer by £20k to be dismissed, I asked if a closing date was to be set to be dismissed again, It seamed strange, now I know why, Land registry show it sold for less than my first offer, I sure this happens a lot in this industry, favoured clients get mutually beneficial treatment. Always try and meet with the owner of the property and confirm your offer to them so it is transparent.
Dear Mr Mackintosh Your offer was certainly passed to the client and as you were advised, he accepted an offer from someone that had approached him directly. The buyer and seller knew each other personally. There was never going to be a closing date. As agents, we report interest and offers but we also only take clients instructions.
