I have to say Carl was amazing. I was not his customer but buying a house through ewe-move, however I found Carl went above and beyond to get all the answers required and worked hard to resolve any issues. He never once made me feel a nuisance for asking and I asked a lot but hey it’s not a car which I can research or go in time and again to sit in. 😀 Obviously he had his customer’s best interest at heart but mediated well. He was often ahead of me and sorted the next stage or question before I asked - he may have a nervous twitch after this. I would have no hesitation using Carl if I was ever daft enough to move again. 😂 Thanks Carl.

Carl and David made selling my home as smooth as possible. They dealt with viewings, offers, letting in surveyors and even chasing solicitors to get the sale completed. I'm very grateful for their support and professionalism and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Unfortunately we had a very sour experience dealing with Ewemove Rossendale when we moved from Haslingden to Scotland. I wouldn’t wish anyone to have to go through what we did when we chose to sell our home with Ewemove Rossendale. The unnecessary stress on top of what you get as standard when selling your home Ewemove caused myself & my husband is inexcusable. There are so many negative points about Ewemove I could list here but the worst was their sheer refusal and reluctance to simply get involved with our sales after we’d accepted an offer. It felt like we were left to deal with the sales ourselves which we actually literally did have to do with our second sale. We haven’t even had an apology.

Really poor website. Their main focus from the start is to gain more customers rather than make it easy to look at properties for sale. I was looking for a property that has a new sale board in the garden, which after 4 days is still neither on their website or on Rightmove.
