GoogleWe bought a house from Seamus Browne and he lied to us from start to finish. He will recommend his friends who he says can do jobs for you but they are on his side not yours. Do not use his suggestions for a surveyor for instance as we did, that surveyor never replied to texts or emails after he was paid to do the job. Most of the time his recommendations were useless or non existent. He will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear to make a sale. Massively disappointed in him as he comes across as very likeable and trustworthy.

Seamus has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion during the process of our recent property sale. As we live more than a few hours away, Seamus gave us the confidence in knowing everything that needed to be dealt with was being done and in the most efficient manner. Always at the end of the phone, communication was clear and prompt from our first meeting to close of sale.
His advice from the start was completely accurate and honest. Seamus’ assistance in organising the necessary works in preparing the property for sale and guidance through the finer legal and regulatory details was fantastic.
I can, with absolute confidence, highly recommend Seamus Browne and his team for any property dealings in the midlands and beyond, and can only thank them for the most positive and helpful service we could have hoped for.

GoogleNot very professional in any way shape or form, do not return calls, do not keep you informed on a house you are interested in buying, over all a very bad experience with this business. If I was paying him to sell my house and I found out he was not providing all the above details to people I'll definitely take my house selling elsewhere.
