It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Seamus. We had a very positive experience working with him throughout the sale of our home. He was highly professional, honest and realistic in his approach, which gave us great confidence at every stage of the process. His guidance and clear communication made what can often be a stressful experience much more manageable. We truly appreciated his expertise and would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective sellers.

Thanks so much to Seamus who helped me buy my first home. Professional, HONEST and kind are the words that spring to mind. I had been looking for my home for a long time and I found it to be a total minefield. Preferential treatment to people you know seems to be rife among competitors. However Seamus, who I had never met before was open, helpful and trustworthy. He checked in regularly and was never pushy. Many thanks again for your help and professionalism. I happily would recommend to a friend!

From entering the office we were made to feel welcome and Seamus went out of his way to give us great advice, and not just to make a sale, he and all the team were genuine kind, and with us living in Spain they went above and beyond to collect documents from round town, we had documents sent from Dublin posted to the office for us, and noting was too much trouble for them. We made a few flying visits (literally)and we were always treated kindness and given any advice we asked for, directions and contact details for anything we wanted. I would recommend Seamus and the team without hesitation, and being in another country while buying was a smooth painless process for what is usually a stressful time.

Seamus recently completed the sale of our property in Clashaganny, Tulsk, and we honestly could not be more grateful for everything he did for us. From our very first conversation, he made us feel supported and reassured. His advice on preparing the property for sale was honest and practical, delivered with care, and the marketing materials he created captured it beautifully. What stood out most was Seamus’s kindness and commitment. Throughout the entire process, he was always there, checking in, offering guidance, and keeping us fully updated. Knowing we could call him at any time and he would happily take the call made an enormous difference. He made what can be a very emotional and stressful experience feel manageable, calm, and even uplifting. We are genuinely thankful for his hard work, his patience, and the respect he showed us at every step. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through this. We would wholeheartedly recommend Seamus and his wonderful team at REA Seamus Carthy to anyone considering selling their home.

I sold a house in Castlerea 5 weeks ago with REA Seamus Carthy (sorry for the delay with feedback!) Seamus was a consummate professional and a pleasure to deal with from our first meeting, where he clearly outlined the plan and process involved in the sale and the costs involved therein. The process was hassle free and I was kept informed every step of the way via email and phone. Seamus promptly answered all queries and calmly provided guidance at every stage, Catherine and Nuala in the office were lovely to deal with also! The service was excellent from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending Seamus to anyone selling or buying a property! Thanks again for everything. Margaret Fitzgerald

Seamus sold our old house 6 months ago and he did a great job for us, I meant to put up a 5 star review ages ago, sorry about the delay Seamus! We found Seamus very professional, transparent in all of his endeavours, always at the end of the phone to answer any queries we may have had or issues to be solved. He was always ever so helpful and if we ever contacted him and he was busy, he would always stick to his word and ring you straight back, good communication is what you need with an estate agent and Seamus has this in abundance. If you need to sell property I would highly recommend Seamus he is an excellent estate agent. I would like to praise Catherine in the office as well she was just as good. Thanks again for everything.
